I've had a lot of people email me saying they couldn't find the exact extract packets I had recommended in my original email regarding chinese herbs that eliminated my epididymitis.

When you get the packets, here are the instructions for use that work for me.

1. In morning after breakfast, fill a tall glass with water. (preferably spring or filtered)
2. Pour this into a pot and boil.
3. While it is working toward a boil put one of each of the 11 different kinds of herb packets into the glass.
4. Pour the boiling water into the glass and stir.
5. Let cool to lukewarm and drink half. Chase with cold water if you need to. stuff tastes awful.
6. Pour the remaining half of glass back into the pot and cover. Save for after dinner to easily reheat and drink the rest.
