been there, make sure you keep manipulating your testes, when they did mine, they tird my scrotum up to my belley almost and my testes adhered to the inside of the scrotum, it all healed back together as one big lump, so when my scrotum was realeased after about a week, my testicles were attached to the bottom of it on the inside, which caused a painful pulling feeling and constant soreness from where they adhered to my scrotum, so about 3 months after the epididymectomy, they had to go back in to do exploratory adhesion removal, and they ended up freeing my testicles, but i was still left with some nerve damage that had not gone away.. one side was more painful than the other, so i had micro surgical denervation done on that side, and now it doesnt hurt as much, but the other side still hurts, and under the incision for the denervation i am really still sore.. i wish i would have kicked all my doctors in the nuts so they knew what pain i was going through and they could 'sympathize' better with me..! i hate this. then i found out i had a bilateral ilinguinal hernia as well, probably all along, and that after all, that could have been where my pain was coming from before i even had the epididymectomy,, so now after the hernia surgery, i'm still left with only the new pains from the other surgeries!
