You don't really know if your prostate is inflammed or not, unless you have 5 - 10 prostatic massages in a row, over two weeks or so, and the white blood cells are counted accurately. Also, if prostatic inflammatory aggregates are seen, you know prostatitis is present. The inflammation of epididymitis, in theory, should be seen in the semen. At least, in my opinion.
