I have had a case of chronic Epididymitis for about 4 years now. I find that if I limit my mobility I can get it to go away. But as soon as I start to workout again it comes back. The pain seems to be a bit less than from years past but it is still frustratiing. Why does it return when I begin to workout again? Does anyone have any good cures to try? I don't want to keep drowning myself in Advil or Aleve. Any help would be great. I keep working out and ignore it the best I can. I figure I am better off in shape with pain then out of shape with no pain. Thank you for any help.
