You have classic prostatitis - the epi problem is usually secondary to it due to the spread of infection IMO. Order the inexpensive book "the prostatitis syndromes" by Hennenfent from amazon to get the best perspective (IMO) on how to proceed. Also there are many discussions in this forum regarding prostatitis.
