I don't have any swelling.
As far as movement goes, I really can't tell.
I know my right one tends to be higher than the left.

It's almost been a year now and my memory is starting to fade on the days that I didn't have pain or other problems.

Unfortunately I also have Nocturia.
Every night I wake up at 3:30AM to go to the bathroom and hardly ever fall back a sleep.
If I'm lucky I get 4 hrs of sleep a night.

I will try to see PT about the SI joint but what to do about the nighttime urination?
