yes my balls do that all the time, and when you tell the docs, they are lost and have no answer to why or what to do, tight to hanging low, and tender all the time. my sound checks show cysts and hydros and veraceles, but sorry to say the docs say none of this is causing my pain, one day 6 years ago it just hit me. good luck brad
