Interesting thought. Maybe that is it. I'm also wondering if the seminal vesicles don't contract as well for some reason. Or if reflux of semen occurs more often during manual sex for some reason. We know that semen does reflux into the prostate as we can see sperm in the prostate at autopsy sometimes. Dr. krieger, in an excellent study, found that ejaculation makes men with pre-existing pelvic pain hurt worse. Is that because of reflux, obstruction, inflammation, or something else. There are many questions but no answers. That's a good theory that you posted. Any other theories? Any ideas how to test what is going on?
