I think I have or are recovering from an infection and have been on permanent antibiotics (low dose) for about three months now. A strange thing happened to me about two weeks ago; My pain levels almost disappeared for about three days this was followed by a massive flare-up which took about a week to settle down. As they say “Calm before the storm”. I am going to see haw things go for the next month or so, then if no change continue down the infection route (seek a lab or DIY).
