I think you would be better off without gloves. Gloves impair the ability to accurately feel the texture of the organ and notice change. Just my opinion.
This stuff isn't rocket science...the glandular part of the prostate is next to the colon where you can access it - no one would have better "feel" for successful prostate massage than the owner himself ,IMO, even if it takes a few cycles to get the gist of it.
