i had epididimytitis for about 8 months. it is now gone (according to ultrasound) with a the slightest pain occuring no more than once a week. here's my story.

started with a painful rush to the doctors! very nasty.

month 1 - antibiotics (cipro) - didnt work
month 2 - antibiotics (doryx) - didnt work
month 3 - fenugreek - helped a little
month 4 - fenugreek - helped a little
month 5 - normal multivitamin tablet - problem still lingering
month 6 - normal multivitamin tablet - problem still lingering
month 7 - chiro + acupuncture - problem occuring rarely
month 8 - chiro + acupuncture - problem occuring rarely

i think that getting off antibiotics and boosting the body's immune and energy is the first step. then stimulating the nerves throughout that area at chiro by getting your neck cracked . my lower body was never touched at chiro - they say working the spine controls all the other nerves.

the acupuncture is interesting because i was given a liver root treatment. alcohol affects the liver and my scrotum pain would flare after having more than 5 standard drinks.

i now don't drink more than 4 drinks when i go out.. i acupuncture myself (i am an acupuncture student) and i find that things are looking much better. i have included 2 stretches for the muscles around the groin area by stretching my legs to the side.

i think a combination of everything is good. i believe strongly in acupuncture, i think you guys should try it.
