Edit
With my history with epididymitis, I have found the best treatment is warm baths, NSAID's and taking it easy for a week or 2. Then the inflammation clears up on it's own. CIPRO helps by reducing the inflammation, but NSAID's also work, they just take a little longer. But since CIPRO is an antibiotic and I don't seem to ever have an infection, I don't stay away from it. Naproxen seems to be the best NSAID in my case. Long trips driving or flying seem to what brings on the inflamation. Sitting for long hours. Well - good luck to all.

Jim

This site feels like home. Having been a chronic epi sufferer for approximately 10 years, it sure is nice to hear that I am not alone in this world.

Attention, if you have similar or the same symptoms of epididymitis and cant get a diagnoses from a urologist or any doctor you have visited chances are you have PN (Pudundle Neuropathy) for more information go to the website (www.TIPNA.org) good luck
