That's right, but my only point is that sometimes it is hard to tell what actually hurts. Maybe you might think it's your epididymis, but maybe it's something nearby. Maybe it is the epididymis, but maybe it's not an infection. Maybe it's inflammation. Or nerves. Or just one of those things the human body just seems to torture itself with despite the fact that you would think evolution would have taken care of useless testicle pain thousands of years ago.
