I absolutely have had this same problem with my left knee. I have had this dreadful EP for a long time, just about ten years. I can feel the pains sometimes shooting down to both knees. It feels just like you said, like it's full of fluid and pain. I sometimes feel that my knee needs to be cracked. I am young also (32) so I also wonder how my knees will be years down the road. Just walking or sitting down on the floor sometimes is a painful ordeal. I guess the only bright side is that the pains do come and go. I wish I could say the same about the testicle pain. This pain has been with me in every different form. The sharp blasts, the stinging, the dull ache etc. I just read the story that John posted and it was tough just getting through it. I can relate to a lot of what that man went through, especially the embarrassment that goes along with a female doing the ultrasounds. I've seen five Urologists. The whole painful, demoralizing, humiliating process has been a nightmare. Does anyone out there have that stinging in the Penis? I used to get it now and then, on top of the usual testicle pain, but lately it seems to be getting worse and staying with me. I even have that burning sensation with me while I'm not urinating. I've learned somehow to deal with the ball pain, but don't think I could deal with this stinging for very long. Can anyone comment on this, or offer a suggestion.
