The first two are supplements ("herbs") that break down scar tissue and reduce inflammation, respectively.

Fenugreek/fennel is another herb combo that is known for helping break up whole-system congestion, including lymph and reproductive tract.

Exercise will keep your lymph fluid flowing normally and break up any congestion that occurs in your lymph system because of all the sitting. It will also balance your protein-transport system which is responsible for the condition of your immune, inflammatory, and nervous systems.

Yoga doesn't mean you have to go take a bunch of classes somewhere unfamiliar. There are a few key poses which are basically just stretches....they allow you to invert your upper body or your entire body, which is great for stimulating lymph flow and diffusing concentrations of inflammatory proteins which may build up in your reproductive system. Yoga is also great for balancing your over-all health, as exercise is.

Heat is key. You may feel temporarily better with cold exposure, but heat will help force the inflamed tissues to circulate their fluids and flush out their inflammatory proteins.
