Dosage Bromelain/Tumeric/Fennel/Fennugreek/vit

ok I've read all the posts on the site now, I'm still a little confused as to how to dose myself these things, I found the alvita teabags with fennel/fennugreek, I figure I'll toss one of each in my coffee maker and put some hot water in it and drink that 2x a day, the bromelain and tumeric confuse me, I mean I've seen powders/capsules etc
