I'm not overly hopeful, judging on what I read about the treatments for ejaculatory duct obstruction. But I am impressed that the urologist (who, keep in mind, comes to me after 2 GPs and 1 other urologist) basically listened to the symptoms and immediately expressed his judgment that there was no epididymitis and that the problem was elsewhere.

I think it corroborates some of the statements I have read on this website postulating (did I use that word correctly) that EP is actually a prostate issue, at least in many cases.

I will certainly report progress.

btw, I think the point with the antibiotics is not so much to cure a prostate infection, but to help things along to where the blockage may free itself. I wonder, some men here have described changes in ejaculation after taking fennel and fenugreek. Some have even talked of thick deposits coming out of their ejaculation. Could these be ejaculatory obstructions? Supposedly, they can be partial or total. If partial, perhaps they may linger for years at a low level of pain.
