Thank You for your response. I continue to assume that this is something resulting from a STI, though with no discharge or pain I am confused. Moreover, the positional swelling which occurs occasionally, such as when walking or sitting in a strange position seems to atrophy? the veins on my left testicle, the infected one, making the epididymis larger, but also the vas and other adjacent tubules in that side larger. When i sleep at night the tubes feel normal. There has never been radiating pain, just an ache from time to time. I will be re-evaluated by a qualified physician yet would appreciate any further comments or thoughts regarding this issue.
