fenugreek
fennel
bromelain
turmeric
echinacea
garlic
saw palmetto

i have had ep for about 3 months, the first month was pure hell but i have recovered up to about 90% on these herbs since i quit the antibiotics which did nothing for me, i am not really in pain anymore, just discomfort and tenderness, im hoping to get to 100% soon, on a regular basis do u feel similar to that? how have you managed to get by so long and how has it affected your life?

also, i think regular urologists are a waste of time with this, i have gotten much more relief and helpful info from the herbs and stuff posted on this site than any doc has told me so far, i am going to see the specialist mentioned in brendonb's post below next week and am praying he can get me all the way back, its a crime that so little is known about mens reproductive problems, yet women have ob and gyns everywhere with extensive knowledge and testing on their disorders, but we go to a doc and are told "take antibiotics and hope for the best"...
