I wish I had some wonderful words of wisdom that would be of great help, but sadly I do not. It sounds like you and I have followed similar paths. Up until this flare up I have been doing just what my oh so wise UR (LOL) said and have been "just living with it." During my numerous past flare ups I would just pop the ibuprofen and keep busy to keep my mind off of it. Some days were worse than others and I would do nothing but try not to aggravate the situation. It was this present flare up that sent me seeking advice from the internet. I am glad I found this site. I am now trying the bromelain and have ordered turmeric force and zyflamend. I'm just praying these will give me some relief.
