Yes, I had extreme pain in the location you describe. And yes, the docs told me it was either pain in the lymph tubing or in the sperm tubing. It often felt like a knife being jabbed into me. A few times it sort of throbbed. If it hurt for very long, I would soon feel sick to my stomach. That was an associated pain as I never did vomit even tho I felt like it.

I did have a 3cm lump. After using the fenugreek and bromelain, it shrank and the pain about subsided. I still feel it sometimes but it is tolerable.
