Has anyone seen a correlation between ep aggravation and sitting for extended periods? I noticed a tremendous worsening in my ep after graduating from college and becoming a desk jockey. Another clue for me was a noticeable improvement in my condition during a two week vacation in Europe where my wife and I were out walking most every day.
