Luke, I have the same pain at the bottom of the testicle and it gets hard and inflammed. The pain in the groin/leg may come from your lymph nodes-- check you lymph node between you hip bone towards your pubic hair. It is in there -- small/round and may be hard feeling if you have an infection in your body. It feels the same way as the one at the top of the ear on the side of your head. I get the radiating pain from one testicle to the other and down into the leg. I have had this mess close to 10 years. Did you hurt yourself to bring this on? Too much sex? Trying to figure you what casued the initial problem may give you insight on what to do to avoid/reduce pain. If it hurts after sex, stop for as long as you can or as little as you can. It will help the inflammation calm down. Have you had an ultrasound and the urine test?? Hope you feel better.
