1. You almost certainly don't have cancer. Male reproductive cancers tend to grow very quickly if they are malign, and the mass would be VERY hard -- like a rock.

2. Pain radiating into the leg, waist/hip, and peripheral groin is very normal with EP.

3. There are people in this forum, and the MRH one, who have been experiencing EP swelling for ten years or more! There is no definite length limit where when you exceed it, something is more wrong than just EP....

4. Virtually no doctor I've ever heard of knows anything at all about chronic EP -- just the acute form. This is because doctors have little to ZERO effective treatment options for chronic EP, and people with the condition stop going to doctors before long!
