Shoskes (one of our great Gurus, and I mean that in awe and sincerety) wrote -- somewhere -- that quercetin and quinolone antibiotics (such as Levaquin) may make a bad combination.

Apparently, quercetin may bind to the sites of some bugs in the same place as the quinolones bind -- so take one or the other. Apparently quercetin is not unsympathico with other antibiotics.
