Edit
I have had vasctomy have lots of swelling and pain. UR from HMO says he has resined himself to not being able to help people like me. No Christmad presents for him this year. I have looked at lots of clinical trials and contacted UR's form Stanford and other major medical Universities. If you have Prostatis or pelvic pain go to Pelcivcpainhelp.com. designed by Stanford UR. I am contacting resaech UR's since they are much more willinjg to talk and will sometimes talk free of charge and have more time to do research. I am summarizsing what I have which most of you already have. Looking at many clinical trails the nmbers below are farily reliable. Solution(s)(but may cause more harm than good)
1. denervation 50-70% sucees rate
2, Epididyectomy 60-70% must be performed on only cetain types of Chroncic Ep and if it does not work makes preoblem worse
3. Reverse Vasectomy 75% but small sample goup.
4. herb therapy (very litle negative side effects
We need to look aoutside of box thow crazy ideas my way I will look at. What if it turns out we do not have enough good bacteria in EP. UCIrvine in clinical trial to relate not enough bacteri in colon to kidney stones. Talked to Dr. Toth fo an hour he thinks bacterial. If you think bacterial get a PCR test it is most sensitive. Start fighting now if you have HMO since test is expensive. Meeting with stanford UR in DEC. Research is slim in our are EP, but it is out there. Lot more reseach is being done outside the US
