I have the identical pain you have but for far longer periods of time. I have had it for 13 months. You may have acute epididymytis, I have chronic. I have seen 3 urology specialists, taken every antibiotic and anti inflamatory known. The best you can hope for is a pain reliever that doesn't make you dopey. good luck.
