I feel a pain in 1 testicule from time to time.

But last time it was so painful that I almost faint on my way to the hospital, I had to pull over & I throw up.

My left testicule was very painful. More specifically the structure on top of the testicule. At a point I cannot even touch it. It swelled up. I feel it was twice its normal size. Also one tube that comes from this structure & go inside the body is swelled up too.

After 1 or 2 hours the pain irradiates to the kidney & stomac.

Usually it stay painfull for few hours or couple of days.
I notice that if I manipulate the tube & the structure it can significanly release the pain by half in the next minutes.

The last time is happens the pain was just unbearable.
Waiting at the hospital for hour the pain diminish & I left because the way was toolong...

I was said it can be a testicule tortion. Does it make sens to you ?
Can it be Epididymutis ? I personnaly think it's a "mechanical" issue. Not an infection.
