You need an emergency evaluation by a very competent doctor to be sure that you are not having testicular torsion or another emergency! Go to your nearest emergency department or obtain an emergency consult with a urologist or other physician cabable of dealing with urogenital emergencies. Only after emergencies are rules out should you consider epididymitis.
