Has anybody here ever tried the supplement quercetin?

I've been doing a lot of research on the net about chronic prostatitis since I've been developing a few slight symptoms of that over the last few weeks too. I found a page about pelvic myoneuropathy that sounds almost exactly like me. (I'm trying to attach a link to it since I got an error message when I pasted it directly into the body of this message.)

Anyway, they say the reason antibiotics don't work is because the main underlying problem is inflammation of pelvic tissues caused by overly stimulated mast cells. So in a sense, it's kinda like an allergic reaction. And since quercetin is a natural antihistamine, they say it really helps a lot.

I've just ordered some but it'll take almost a week to get it. Has anyone else here ever tried it?

They also talk about that "Headache in the Pelvis" book that's been mentioned here, so I've ordered that too.
