If I were you, I would go see Dr. Toth. Its probably about the same distance, and with him you know you are going to get a complete bacterial workup done, semen culture and all. He also cultures the fluids longer than the standard. If there is bacteria there he will find it, no doubt. He also does in office Transrectal Ultrasounds to view the prostate and check for Ejaculatory Duct Obstructions etc.. Another thing is you'll get to avoid the good old mashing around of the testes. He was going to physical exam my testes but I declined because of the pain and I think it causes damage. It didnt bother him that I wouldnt let him do that. He wont send you around to different clinics to get tested, he does it all in office.
You should call him and have a chat with him. He has made the biggest improvement in my condition over every other Doctor I saw.
