epdidymitis can be difficult to diagnose, just like many other diseases are difficult to diagnose. things don't always present in classic fashion. according to the medical literature, some sources cite 80 percent of epdidymitis as being bacterial. have you had any kind of bacterial workup? there are many who have seen many doctors for presumed epididymitis without anything being clear. you are not alone.
