Jim, I forgot to ask in what form are you taking the Fenugreek/Fennel, capsule or a tea? It should be remembered, and I am being devils adovocate here, that when I first read about Fenugreek/Fennel it was listed to be taken as a tea in the measured dose 2 teaspoons Fenugreek ( ground seeds )1 teaspoon Fennel (ground seeds ) in a mug of hot water.
I totally accept it is much easier to swallow a capusule than endure the taste of Fenugreek tea. Ugh, the cure is definitely worse than the complaint! The point is, is the theraputic effect the same? I can't answer that, but I know for example that Echinacea in tablet form, doesn't appear to work as well as Echinacea in tincture form. Regards John.
