To answer your first question, I guess look in your phone book under alternative care or chinese medicine. You could also pick up a local healing-related magazine. Sometimes herbalists advertise there. And remember that most Chinese acupuncturists are herbologist too. There are a ton of places to buy herbs online too. I will be happy to scout this out and send you some URLs. As a last resort I will be more than happy to get the herbs from my doctor's office in chinatown (I am in Philadelphia) and mail them out to you. He'll probably charge me $20-$30 dollars for the herbs and it won't cost much to ship. You can even send me a check later. I don't care.

As for question #2. Please don't quote me on this, but it's my understanding that your bacteria cannot spread to your wife in any way. Last time I read...and this is specific to my case which was a trauma...what happens is a tiny opening between the epididymitis and a urine tube opens allowing urine to enter into where the epididymitis is. Bacteria from the urine then stays in there even after the hole heals up. This is not then transmitted out of the body and I am pretty sure it wouldn't affect anyone else anyway...the same way urine doesn't usually cause infection if gotten on another person. By the way, if I am incorrect on this, I would welcome input from anyone who knows all this for sure. Thanks.
