I read with interest the posts about fenugreek and went to buy some. I was able to locate a bottle of with 500 mg capsules. The bottle suggests taking these 3-4 times per day. Any feedback? Also, does anyone know if this interferes with the Cipro I am now taking for the third time?

FYI--I recently had a bout of gastrointestinal flu and I can't begin to tell you how my epididymal pain increased from 10 to 50.
