Hello,

My boyfriend was diagnosed with epididymitis many years ago, after going into the doctor with a UTI. He was born with hypospadias, which I am assuming caused the UTI.

Since then (about 7 yrs ago), he has not ejaculated, and we are wondering if we will ever be able to have children. Does epididymitis affect sperm count? I am hoping that there might be some possibilty for us such as in vetro or some type of surgery to correct the problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for this website - this is the fisrt informitive site I've ever come across on the topic.
