Thanks guys, I appreciate all your input. The testicle is enlarged and a there is a large lump below and slightly behind the testicle, and as I said, I have had not pain. I have had periods of high fever and feeling like crap and was so weak I had to stay in bed until it passed. By the way, I am a truck driver and sit for long periods (up to 11 hours) each day. I will kepp y'all updated on my contidition.
