Yeah, that's a pretty good sign that you have a yeast overgrowth. It produces *many* different toxins, including some that affect the brain and nervous system. The most common is the "brain fog" it causes, making you feel like you're in a daze and can't concentrate, but I read somewhere once that it also affects the appetite center of the brain to make you crave the kind of food it needs to survive -- namely, sugar. For a long time, I would look at sugary foods and think, 'Yuck, it would make me feel really sick to eat that.' But ever since I had to take antibiotics again for this latest round of EP, I've found I've started craving sugary foods again... :-( > I still have muscle cramps/tightness in my neck, shoulder, Yes, most definitely. The muscle spasms have always been one of the worst things for me, and it usually affects my neck and back the worst of all. That's actually how I got started going to a chiropractor in the first place, because all the spasms were pulling all my vertebrae out of place. When it was at its worst, my neck was bad I could barely even lift my head off the pillow some days, and the spasms that would hit between my ribs in the back felt like I was being shot or stabbed to death. > Thanks guys, you've been like angelic voices for me. Glad I could be of help. If you want to talk more about this, email me at |
