Just a quick update:
I tried the Candida diet(for the most part) and started taking digestive supplements. I noticed improvements in about a week, and have been feeling a little better every day. I went to my doctor again about this and he did just what you guys said and was smug and dismissive about it. The more I talked about it though, the more he realized I had done my research. I agreed to follow up with a psych depression check up and he gave me anti fungals. We'll see in a couple weeks if they help. Thank you gentlemen again for your help. Hang in there!
