I know that you had a semen culture (or two?) a while back. Do you feel like the lab did the "clever microbiological techniques" to which you referred?

Also, could your father could help you compile a checklist of items to ask a prospective lab so that it can be verified that they know how to culture semen the right way? Just a thought ...
