I just wanted to stop back in and apologize for my flippancy. I'm 24 and have always been taught that these things are not really a concern until middle age, I'm still kinda in denial that this is happening to me (and afraid that it's a long term condition.) I'm setting out to read all that I can find on prostatitis which could very reasonably be a cause or a companion condition. (my epididymitiscame on like a bacterial case and I've just thought that the very slight tiredness in my pelvic muscles was as a result of too much down time)
