Not sure what Nyquil and Dayquil are, but if one of them is an anti - catarrh medication I could well believe what your saying. Sudafed, available in this country, has a similar beneficial effect for me.
I have a real hunch, that certain chest complaints and sinus complaints where catarrh / mucus are involved, that there is a link to certain cases of chronic epididymitis, and the medical profession haven't woken up to the fact! Or if they have it's the best kept secret of the lot.
