My doc who I refer to in my post under Sonogram, does it hurt?, told me that he feels after about two weeks of Cipro or other high power antibiotics, they start to do more harm than good. We all know that while we take them we feel better, but when they quit we feel worse. He thinks they may be doing something completely different than what they were designed for. Making us feel better by affecting something else. He used the asprin thing for an example. Aspirins were designed for headaches, but have great results for helping with heart attack prevention. He feels that Cipro maybe boosting something else, not killing bacteria. So it might be that the Nyquil is working where it hasn't been tested yet.
