Levaquin did very little for me. I'm currently taking Cipro but can't really say if things are better or not. I suffer from both chronic prostatitis and chronic epididymitis and meds act differently in my case than probably the usual EP sufferer. My EP was more than likely caused by a chlamydial infection and seemed to respond best with Zithromax.
