It could be an STD. You should have been tested for all that before even considering surgey.

I have never heard of a case where surgery stopped the pain. In most cases i heard about surgery, it just made their pain worse.

I believe vasectomies are one of the leading causes for chronic EP because the tubes get blocked and clogged and sperm has no where to go.

I wish you would have found this site and asked questions before you had the surgery. All doctors wanna do is surgery because thats where they make there money, and its good practice for them to cut guys open so they are better at it in the future.
