Hello siena, Sorry to welcome you to the club! There does'nt seem to be any hard and fast rules re: the herbs so far. It all depends on what you believe is the underlying reason for your particular EP, and what has been said to you by the professionals. You said you worked with a Chinese practioner, I presume you mean employed by them? What did they say about the nature of your problem and possible outcome?
