I would suggest you list more details and history. It can only help, because there is alot of experience and co-suffers willing to help on this message board. I would also suggest you mention your age and length of time you've had it. I am a 'very young' 55 and most people think I am early 40s - I have had it 6 years. Many of your 'list' details are similar to mine with the excepiton of sex. I went for a several year period without sex (for a long list of reasons that I won't go into here) and I believe that it is the root cause of my getting EP. I don't think one week of no sex with your wife could be your initial cause of EP... but I coulld be wrong.
