Yes, I have been taking Fenugreek and Acidophilus in capsules and also eating yougart till it runs out my ears. I also take bromelain. I too noticed a difference in my sperm. It was real thick and a strange color. After a few ejacs, it became more normal and as it did my pain lessened. The lumps I had went away (almost). The only thing is my testicle is still more tender than the other. I am thinking about backing off things before long to see what happens. I am so glad I read this, as antibiotics only worked as long as I had them. As soon as they were completed, the pain was back worse than ever. Thanks!
