I took Fenugreek/Fennel combination with Garlic, Bromeliean for 4 months now. My sperm becomes thick and less for sure. Did not improve my condition.

Though, I don't get stabbing pain. I have this dull aching, pulling pain in my left scrotum.

I am thinking its vericoceles. I am not sure if Fenugreek/Fennel is the cure for vericoceles. I am taking Horsechestnut for past 2 months, with Vitamin C no effect.

I am very tired of this problem now...don't know what to do.
Guess give up and accept the pain...
