This site came about because so little is known about epididymitis and there is little research on it. I am concerned or interested in this symptom, "a little leakage immediately after urination," as I think you are describing dribbling after urination, which is commonly a symptom of prostatitis. There is a school of thought that prostatitis and epididymitis often go together and that you may need to cure the prostatitis to also cure the epdididymitis. You may want to read about prostatitis as well as epididymitis.
